This rehabilitation project took place in Banja Luka, Bosnia. It focused on heat distribution pipelines running beneath Gradski Most and Rebrovacki Most bridges.
| Medium | Diameter | Project Length | Pipe Conditions | Operating Temperature | Operating Pressure | Rehabilitation Method |
| Heating Water | DN514 & DN259 (20" & 10") | 267m (876 ft) | Corrosion damage and recurring leakages. | 75°C (167℉) | 8 bar (116 psi) | NORDIFLOW HT |
The difficulties were the access of the pipes, they were running under bridges with heavy traffic. The pipelines contained DN514 and DN259 thermal mains operating at 75°C and 8 bar, all of which sustained corrosion damage and recurring leakages requiring CIPP lining restoration.
The repair work was highly urgent, since the DN514 pipes supplied roughly 30% of Banja Luka's total thermal energy demand, which meant relining these large-diameter pipes became the absolute top priority for the whole project.
